PCG Machine Shop was originally founded by Lee Hood in 1987 and then passed onto his son Todd in 2010. In 2011, PCG Machine Shop was moved to our current 9,000 square foot refurbished location, and more than half of the equipment we are now using has been added during that time. Every member of our eight-person staff is highly experienced, and many of them have worked with Lee and Todd from the beginning.

Our in-house manufacturing equipment consists of CNC mills and lathes, surface grinder, saws, and light welding and soldering equipment. We also have access to other manufacturing processes such as heat treating, EDM, plating, and other surface treatments, and we maintain a large inventory of both in-house and customer’s raw materials.

PCG is ISO 9001:2008 compliant (letter is attached here). Achieving this level of competence reflects our proactive commitment to continually improving our Quality Management System as we work to promote Customer Satisfaction.
