CG Machine Shop works on numerous prototyping projects using a variety of different materials. Coupled with our experienced, driven staff, our modern machine shop uses the latest equipment and incorporates quality driven processes to make sure that our work meets your specifications.

Our 9,000 square foot space allows us to maintain a large inventory of in-house materials, as well as our customers’ raw materials. Additionally, our in-house manufacturing equipment consists of CNC mills and lathes, surface grinders, saws, and light welding and soldering equipment. We also have access to other manufacturing processes, such as heat treating, EDM, plating, and other surface treatments.

We take our precision very seriously and will work to ensure that your design arrives exactly as specified. Our shop is ISO 9001:2008 compliant, and we are capable of producing your prototyping project at tolerances down to .0005 inches. Achieving this level of competence reflects our proactive commitment to continually improving our Quality Management System as we work to promote customer satisfaction. We will make every effort to see that the prototype we create for your team meets your specifications and quality standards, and that the work arrives on or before your delivery date.
